first they barely pay you. like at all.. and also its EXTREMELY hard to quit your job. the companys guilt trip you, and force you to have to stay there because they threaten u alot, and not to mention the overtime they give u and how u cant get paid usually for it.. and also most jobs in japan are office work. nothing really unique or cool. and its quite depressing
