Frickin pool filters, ESPECIALLY the ones at the bottom of the pool. Literally for as long as I can remember, I have been irrationally afraid of pool filters like you wouldn't believe. The kinda fear that makes me tense up just thinking about them. I'd rather remove my eyes with a rusty spoon than get near those things >~<

And wave pools, though I did almost drown in one a few times as a kid, and had a horrifically vivid nightmare that I was sucked into the wave making machine once and yeah, I will actually die before getting near a wave pool again lol

Pain, physical pain. That's it, that's the fear. I've always had a low tolerance and/or a high sensitivity to physical pain and have been afraid of it for as long as I can remember, to the point of doing whatever I physically can to avoid the pain that I may end up facing. Most of my other fears are just extensions of my fear of pain. I also always had a fear of touching slimy things with my bare hands (worms, fish, you name it.) to the point that I will wear gloves just to play in the mud/dirt and I will have someone else put bait on my fishing hook and take the fish off.
