Ok, so just... to be perfectly blunt? You should start over, full-stop.
Like, you dead-ass just took Deku from the anime, and then used a parker to recolour the skin, eyes and hair. That really doesn't look good.
Tracing, afaik, is... kinda nebulous. Like, it's fine to trace stuff for the purposes of learning how to drawn in the style, but you shouldn't really post traced stuff as a finished, "this is the final version. Won't make changes"-type deal.
