The best example to use for understanding his blanks is fat gum, he can use his kinetic absorption, but he would be entirely reliant on his own body fat which is not very much so it would make the Quirk itself relatively ineffective

Where a composite quirk allows you to use both halves independently, a conflation quirk requires you to use both at the same time

Their moons are a possible option, however.
So out of the planets and rounded celestial bodies with a solid surface other than Earth, I think I would personally choose Mars or Triton (Triton is the largest moon of Neptune)
