I think an important one would be learning how to deal with grief in a healthy manner yes while everyone grieves differently. I even have dealt with it and you won't have the same reaction to grief it will take different forms each time. First time I was very angry like I scared my little cousins angry because I snapped on my sisters they basically said well "if (childhood dog's name) was still alive" I don't remember anything they said after because I saw red I feel so bad about it. This time around was likely the worst possibly as I lost roughly over 10 pounds ||(already was underweight)||. Like ||my doctor would have had me hospitalized if I went under 80 pounds||. It would do well to join some sort of grief counseling or grief group therapy and to lean on your friends during that time.

Whether that be religion, ethnicity, class, gender, nationality, etc.; sometimes things just happen/happened; or it is all that you know. Try and refrain from assuming that just because one person is this doesn't mean they are that. Be patient and open minded towards others. It is sometimes ok to assume but be cautious as to how you word your inquiry along with your tone of voice. Avoid saying "I'm JUST curious." There is no such thing as JUST curious. Give a reason or explanation as to why you might assume that thing about a person. Even though it might be a tad bit hurtful, sometimes it creates a greater understanding between individuals.
