Quirk: "Blood in Control"

• Manipulates the other's blood, controlling them either being out of their body or not. Later on being able to control her own blood (with Vlad King's studies). Her quirk depends on her stamina, so if she gets to her limit she coughs blood and her quirk is delayed for the day, yet if she exceeds the limit she also coughs blood but faints for around 2 to 3 hours. She can use her own blood and solidify them to weapons like different blades (Once the blood is out of her body she CANNOT use it again and has to take more blood). Her own body reproduces her own blood without any transplant with a kind of fast timing due to her quirk
  Special attacks:
• Crimson Whip:
  If the sides of her arms are bleeding, she can control that blood to make whips and trap the opponent (Doesn't take much stamina)
• Razor Flesh:
  If the opponent has a bleeding, she can solidify the blood making sharp blades trough their body (Takes a lot of stamina)

Genetic is self explanatory

Soul is basically your personality/desires

you will have power related to ur personality/desires

At the start our mc has the power of finger gun

he shoots red rays from his finger tips
