Generally, I always love powerful characters who are pretty nonchalant and just fun. Gojo, Hawks, etc. But if I'm feeling more introspective that day, I may also gravitate towards more conflicted characters. I usually don't like characters who are too emotional, or who are too purely yay-good-guys, I tend to find that a bit naive and plain, tho it can depend on the rest of the character and the setting
