First Quirk is called "Neon". It's ability is absorbing the light from light sources like bulbs, candles, other quirks etc not letting them to produce light for several hours (Sun and other stars are too far away). Absorbed light "charges" the user, increasing their physical stats. Also it makes user to glow and gives him ability to create "flashlight" and "flashbangs"

Second quirk doesn't have a name yet. It simply lets the user to change friction coefficient of the surface they touched with their skin or objects they're holding (including clothes). Coefficient can be changed into numbers between 0 and 1 including both of these boundary values

Third quirk is "Second transmission". It let's user to punch object without dealing damage to it with first activation of quirk. If this object touches any other object, the impulse that was containing in that object transfers to another one.
(For example you hit the car several times, then you throw it at your enemy, it hits them, you use quirk again and your opponent gets way greater impulse than without quirk so he flies away with much greater speed)

Ice has low friction coefficient, that's why you can't stand on it almost all the time. Ground has midium coefficient, that's why you can stand on it almost all the time

Next one is called "Neotech" and lets my character to transform his whole body or one part into robot/cyborg or smth like that it consumes energy which he can gain from the electrical attack (if he gets it without preparing he loses his vision and hearing if they were robotic. Also randomly activates one upgrade)

"Realistic Imagination". Turns toys into their real analogs and real things into toys. Also works on real creatures

"Equal trade". It let's it's user to trade physical objects or favors into "wishes coming true". Also quirk automatically counts the price of the wish and can transfer it into different values like from Dollars into diamonds or favors. Works on non-living objects and able to turn them into the thing with almost the same cost

Also I have 2 simple quirks:

1. Improved physics: instead of losing speed after the physical contact object gains speed
2. Biomass: whole body is a biomass that can turn into different tissues like bones, chitin or skin, shrink and expand and also change it's shape. Also you can control detached parts of biomass creating clones or just detached limbs. Btw you can make holes in your body, even in your head

Irumi can manipulate her own life energy— strictly speaking, this is really just a word for the “presence” any living being takes up in reality. If she Diminishes it, she becomes almost imperceptible, even standing in broad daylight, because it becomes incredibly hard for anyone to perceive her. The chances of perceiving her are based on how much energy she puts into using the quirk (more intensity makes it harder to find her but doesn’t last as long), the mental capabilities of the people she’s using it on, and the chances of perceiving her are never zero. Alternately, she can Augment her energy; this makes it difficult for anyone nearby to focus on anything else other than her. It’s an ability she uses when fighting with a partner; it has the same limits as Diminish, and they share an energy pool.

Makoto has two bodies. Should one be killed, the other will survive. Makoto can focus on controlling/existing in one over the other, granting that body double thought time/reaction time/etc as there are two brains working simultaneously. In this same vein, the body being focused on will gain the strength/physical ability of the non-focused body added onto that of its current levels. When he concentrates on one body, that one will receive the power, agility and ability of the other body stacked to its normal.
Any pain felt in one body is also felt in the other, but not replicated.
Focusing on one body leaves the other rather disassociated; he can still move, but can barely perceive his surroundings, and can only take extremely minor actions.
Any purely mental quirks used on one body will also affect the other. (Ex: Shinsou’s Brainwashing will cause both bodies to be controlled.)

1. Physical stats increasing: he can increase stregth, durability, speed etc by shrinking his biomass and then creating new with the same density. Also he can jncrease his reaction with creating more hormones
   2)Mind control and "Zombie" creating: if he has hit enemie's head and got his biomass inside it starts to destroying enemie's brain and immediately replacing it with itself while turning into braincells
2. Healing: he can give his biomass to anybody and heal them by copying their lost parts
3. Clone creating: Sea Star method: split in several parts, regenerate, repeat
   5 (thinking about it)) Quirk copying: analyse DNA of enemy from their blood or skin — copy Quirk gen — use their quirk
