I love Undertale/Deltarune I just also think Toby would benefit from having a whole team to help with coding.

None because AAA games tend to be (from what I have seen) incomplete, greedy, and basically have too many problems most of the time, especially as of late. Not that I don't think multiple people working on it would be a bad thing in and of itself, but it doesn't end well for a good number of games that are considered AAA

Thing is you're painting every AAA company with a broad brush of negative light while simultaneously painting Indie Devs with a broad brush that they're the underdogs who are immune to the game of capitalism.
