Demon Slayer - Giyuu

I think events would play out pretty much the same as in canon, except probably a happier ending for ||most of the Hashiras.|| Maybe kill off ||Gyomei and Sanemi, but not Shinobu||, wouldn't want anyone complaining about a lack of casualties.

MHA - Shigaraki

Events play out the same as in canon until around Season 7, and instead, Shigaraki fights AFO alongside Deku by killing AFO inside himself. Bakugo and All Might lose the fight against Prime AFO, and Deku and Shigaraki kill him. The ending is pretty much the same, minus 2 things:
1.Bakugo either dies or loses his quirk permanently
2. Shigaraki gives Deku OFA back and they tag team as both heroes and teachers (they're part-time teachers, part-time Pro Heroes, they switch days)

JJK - Yuta

Events play out the same, minus a few casualties like (||Nanami and Todo's hand||) until ||Gojo dies||. The loss of his ||mentor|| drives him to kill Sukuna and he tries (in his own body, not ||Gojo's||, but he is brought to the brink of death. There, he has a vision of Rika telling him to let go of her and fight without the weight. He gets up and he beats Sukuna for good, settling down afterwards. ||Gojo|| stays dead though.
