I would try to give it a good mix of things. Deku (MHA) because he's calm in most situations and will be able to find a way for anything. Nami (one piece) because she's great at navigation so for traveling. Goku (Dragon Ball) because he's light hearted and is caring for his friends and teammates. And finally Shinobu (Demon Slayer) for her skills with medicine and chemistry with her surroundings. I think this is a rock solid team.
