I don’t know if it’s underrated but I’ve never seen anyone talking about it. It’s this show on Netflix called Sweet Tooth and it is one of the single best shows I have watched in the last decade. An animated show called Centaur World is also fantastic and perfectly dark. The last one isn’t exactly underrated but it’s not talked about a lot anymore. Kipo and the Wonder Beasts is a fantastic show that really got in my feels
