I’d think the main difference would be when you decide to open the parachute, skydiving sounds like it’d happen much closer to the ground

skydiving ur falling until before u hit the ground, parachuting youre floating for awhile with ur parachute
skydiving is safer generally

a typical skydive makes the parachute part last abt 5 mins (you fall for 40 seconds) I have skydived before

To anyone that's still confused, they both involve planes and parachutes but skydiving gives more of a "rush" because you enjoy the feeling of free fall before deploying the parachute. InasaShiver
