Also just because you are immortal doesn't necessarily mean your body wouldn't age and fall apart, it just means you can't die (at least that is how I interpret it at times) as well as the fact that even if you wanted to die, you COULDN'T

That depends on multiple factors, mostly wether the immortal person can choose to stop being immortal and nthe way, how them being immortal works. Like, are they stuck in one age, or do they just... keep aging. But thats impossible, so they would probably turn into a child again at some point and then age again.
