Depends, is it a waffle cone cause if not then the bowl if yes then the cone, but they also make waffle BOWLS so what if it's a waffle cone and a waffle bowl. I personally would choose the cone cause I love how the chocolate or whatever you get compresses at the bottom and makes that tiny point at the bottom of the cone a very sweet sugary deliciousness
