I'd say deku, but I would truly say bakugo. Because not only did he change in mentally and becoming serious in saving everyone, but have an understanding of Deku in the vigilante arc and was willing to change his ways after Izuku returned to UA with open arms. This was shown in the scene where deku takes a bath with some of UA characters in season 6. And this was the scene where bakugo finally called deku "Izuku" proving that he had shown signs of changing as a hero.
