Dust mites. They eat dust particles, especially from living sources, then poop them out. Most humans are at least mildly allergic to the poop. This is a major reason why unwashed things itch after awhile. Eliminating them entirely would remove a major source of itching and also some necessity to clean decorative items and furniture, thereby reducing wear and tear. Removal would be glorious.
