the phantom troupe
Uhhhhhhh- Idk
dunno
what is a troupe?😭
dunno
Hero or villain explaining their attack for like a minute or two
Caesar lisa lisa and joseph :3
Phantom Troupe or La Squadra, it's hard to decide
La squadraaaaa
i really dont know what a troupe is
@versed karma stop mentioning that
Okay
imma just say my favorite trio since it sounds like trio and idk what a troupe is😭
bakugou, kirishima, and denki - or - shigaraki, dabi, and mr compress

Troupe is something that's common in a form of media
goku
i still dont understand
Personally, I likeit when its just 2 overpowered characters brawlling for various episodes
in stupid
a group
qotd has a typo rn, it's supposed to be trope

TROPE NOT TROUPE 😭
How is it a typo
they're both different words
what's a trope
trope refers to the something that happens often in media, troupe refers to groups
oh
Yea yea, I know, but what if the person was asking our favorite anime group? 💀 💀 💀
my favorite trope in anime would be mc exploding and getting extremely powerful 💀
I've asked about it to staff
Ahhh, I see.
Don't have any
does bakusquad count?
someone overly powerful and they know it and goof around and be silly lil guys (cough cough gojo)
Does fanservice count?
The Hashira of kny
I’ll agree with ya there
^^^
Overpowered MC’s acting like the weakest person to ever exist
op silly guys
Bakusquad
The rival to the protagonist actually coming close to getting a W then they get absolutely wrecked
I have no clue what troupe means
what’s that-?
Cough Cough. Vegeta. Clears throat.
And Genos... And to an extent Sasuke too
I got no clue
What does troupe mean
phantom troupe
For my babes who need examples since they don’t know what it is:
Troupe or trope?
Idk
I mean a troupe is a group of entertainers.. right? So, I guess you could say Bakugo, Kirishima and Kaminari?
I think Noor meant trope
Whats trope
I like how they sometimes use the troupe of the power of friendship to win a battle against a god or smthn and it’s funny because of how dumb or goofy the idea is
The super chill guy who's actually ridiculously strong
this ^
Probably the one where an important character gets verbally wrecked by someone close to them.
Examples:
"You're just like your father!" - MHA
"You killed Mom!" - Demon Slayer
[Manga Spoiler!] ||"I've never thought of you as family."|| - Oshi No Ko
"So send me off with a smile, okay?" - The Promised Neverland
@tall anvil did you mean troupe or trope?
I like alot tbh
When a character outsmarts another character to defeat them.
That is a very satisfying trope
found family
Favorite trope?
Ooh, that’s a tough one.
I’m gonna have to go with “hyperactive, overly positive character is best friends with the silent, introverted character”
Does Dekusquad Count?
You might wanna check out Death Note if you haven't already, seems like it'd be your thing. That trope is everywhere in the anime.
Dead parents
I love death note and jjba for that trope.
What is troupe?
i have absolutely no clue
group of dancers
None
No idea 🤑
phantom troupe
Apparently they mean trope as in stereotypes and common things in plot you can find in anime and stuff
But there's a typo
Talk no jitsu
I'll stir up a whole fan base but man I'll come clean and say I found HxH boring
Thus guy gets it 😂
Boy and girl both like each other but take forever to confess
Troupe or trope??????
troupe

the ""power of friendship"" bullshit
Phantom troupe
enemies to lovers or sunshine character and grumpy cloudy character are bffs
For everyone saying, "phantom troupe", it's actually trope, not troupe.
The person that suggested this QOTD typed “Troupe” but I just changed it to trope right now. Sorry for the trouble.
phantom trope 😋
All of theme except hisoka that man is a creepy
Uvogin and crollo are my favourites
reminds me of dazai-
powerful but silly
maybe when the underrated character gets appreciated or gets the spotlight (me when reki or yamaguchi or kirishima)
also when the sunshine character gets traumatized lol
what's a trope? 😭❓
uhm anime that centers around a person w some kind of socializing conflict, eg: Saiki K, Watamote, Komi can't communicate
like a plot device
A silly show that has seriousness
Villian redemption
Probably when the mc that’s really weak has a bunch of really strong characters around them
Anything with badass moments with epic animation and partial romance
Yes
Does the fight with Afo and All might at Kamino count?
Prolly
WHEN ONE OF THEM IS A MAJOR/AUTHORITY FIGURE ANF THE OTHER ONE DOESNT KNOW THAT ALWAYS HITS MEEEE OMGGG IM BLUSHING RNN JUST THINKING ABT IT
But I was thinking bakugo and midoriya vs nine
Actually maybe midoriya vs overhaul
But yeah ago vs ofa works
I haven’t watched that one yet 🫤
I’m rewatching the entire series again bc I didn’t get to finish it like 2 years ago
It’s a movie btw
Yee the anime got banned or was restricted where I am
I know.
Ok
👍
Oof
Wait on what streaming channel
Hero becomes a villain in the end
It was removed on us Netflix so I used a website
Same
Except I used Netflix, until it got removed and then 2 years later I found a website and started watching from the beginning
Switzerland
Cool
anything cool
Hi
I mean, if I have to choose one, I probably choose Deku because he has multiple powers
Favorite troupe has to be the stoic male protaginist that's buff as hell and is pretty overpowered but has the softest heart (ig- Kazuma Kiryu, Jonathan Joestar, Kenshiro etc.)
Dont know
Calm person with an energetic person
Rooftop
Whats troupe?
Anything with badass moments with epic animation and partial romance
Idk
dunn
None
That whole thing where they give your favorite side character a lot more screen time unexpectedly and then kill them off 2 episodes later 🥲
When the character actually does something smart and what you’re screaming at them to do (Ymir from AOT)
Overpowered person who doesn't care about his powers
Idk
fanservice 🦧
not sure tbh
I forgot what a trope was
a trope is something you see often/is common within shows/series' like character archetypes, what might be included in a specific area or scene if it's at a school environment ect... if that makes sense
you can scroll up and see what tropes some of the users have already brought up if you need a general idea

Overly kind protagenist
???
a character who is generally unassuming (usually the kind and gentle one, the goofy one, or the scared one) but when in an intense situation/fight/etc they turn fierce/angry, determined and actually intimidating to the complete surprise of their friends/enemies.
Tl:dr, a character doing a complete 180 when the situation calls for it
(This is a favorite of mine because of Izuku from MHA, Zenitsu from DS, and Hyper Dying Will Tsuna from Hitman Reborn!)
OR
Main character falls from grace, goes berserk, gets hurt, or loses confidence/trust in themself and has to recover from that before returning in a blaze of glory!
OR
Super dramatic shows of power/new forms with an awed audience of friends and enemies!
OR
Underestimated or disliked character(s) finally getting the recognition and respect they deserve
And of course, the Talk no Jutsu trope, love that one lol
Enemies to lovers
YES I love BOTH of these too!!!!
actually I'ma add getting recognition to my answers too lmao
Angst with no happy ending
💀

naruto sakura sasuke (is this cosidered a trope?)
Golden retriever and black cat duo
(E.g.: Hinata and Kageyama, Deku and Shoto)
kuudere
Dunno HAHAH
Sunshine hero commits, if not contemplates, murder
what is a trope💀
a trope is something you see often
Or is common within shows/series' like character archetypes, and relationships
It's basically used very often, and is mostly seen as a sub-plot or sometimes is the main plot of a story
Also my response is slow burn forbidden dark romances with a tinge of enemies to lovers slipped in😩👌🏻
My favorite anime trope is zero to hero.
Deku moment
what is a trope— anyway i dunno
None
Dunno
Seemingly emotionless MCs my beloved
(Also, I was the one who suggested this QOTD, sorry for my bad spelling lol)
Same
MCs in isakei animes being op as heck
