Expensive, crying every 3 hours day and night for milk during infancy, the screaming during the toddler years, the (maybe) “I hate you”s during the teenage years, the massive guilt if something bad happens to them, and finally…even when they’re an adult, they’re probably still gonna live with you well into their 20s because housing is expensive.

And yet in spite of this, I still wouldn’t rule out having a child myself. Am I ready now? HECK NO, but I could be ready in the future.
