I remember when I couldn’t spell ‘beautiful’. I struggled on my own before finally asking in music class. My music teacher sang it out for me, ‘b, e, a, UTIFUL’ is what he would always say for me. And till this day, because I still can’t spell it off of the top of my head, on autopilot I remember his voice singing out the words for me every single time I have to spell ‘beautiful’. I miss him. I wonder how he’s doing nowadays.
