I remember a lot of my dreams. Even from when i was younger. Maybe not that precise but the red lines and intens feelings linger. Because of the things i went through and emotional damage I have developed I have a hard time processing my emotions even when I sleep. In most of these dreams i would be running away from danger, trying to fight it off or hide from it.
With help it is getting a lot better these days but sometimes it can still be intense but more understandable.

I remember a dream (which I actually made a drawing off) were I was on a floor of an indoor garage. The lights where dim but in the middle of the space there were brighter lights around a cage like structure. I remember hearing something behind me and as I looked over my shoulder, there was a dark figure coming my way. You know like those old villains? Tall top hat, curly mustache, pinguin suite and a wicked smile. Even though it was shadow-like, he was about 3 meters tall. He would follow me around. I felt like 'If this thing gets to me I am done for', and I ran across the parking lots trying to find a way out. I figured there were stairs up and down. The ones up where locked behind a gate. The ones down, (in the cage like structure) appeared to be open. I got down just to discover I was on the same damn floor again. The stairs behind me disappeared but the evil bastard came back from the shadows. I was mortified. I felt so helpless and was running for my life. As i got to the stairs leading down again I managed to open the gate but when I got to the botton...the gate to the next floor was locked and I was stuck in the stairwell. The last thing I saw where his claw like hands opening the gate on top of the stairs and than I managed to wake up.

Fear is a powerfull emotion, looking away from it will only make it worse...
