Obv bugs but thats a beta thing
After finishing the main quest lines, there not being much else to do (though this is more for the people that speedrun the whole beta for some reason)
More adjustments for the planetmaker (aka terraforming and better planet customization) feature
Better Outfit Presets feature
QoL stuff to improve on some features like a minimap etc.

but in general everyone seems to be very happy with the game for a beta

The concert itself is prerecorded but all of the songs are rearranged and rerecorded with the live orchestra. There is still a huge budget and production going into this just like the live audience concerts.

Live concerts aren't always live either

Last year's concert also contained prerecorded sections

Aside from the fact the entire concert is a recorded version of an already happened concert before it went live online

also saw another NTE clip from the main story of them very clearly using genAI video/animation

I find funny when the NTE people go "oh but so does Hoyo and Kuro use AI"
while they are in genAI, so far there has been zero signs of them using it for any creative direction or art etc.
and then these dumbasses use the examples such as the recent version art of Genshin, Paimon having two hands aka the layer issue which was fixed 😭

the only thing I can speculate myself is that Amphoreus vs Planarcadia sections of the concert had very obv set and staging diffirences. Due delays to 4.X, their initial plan for Planarcadia in the concert was clearly cut short and they filled with such other stuff. Amphoreus sections felf more finalized and planned.
