I still play weekly runs in higher difficulty when there are new levels because I dont grind the new levels in one sitting and higher difficulty gives more XP
and using auto refill in farming planar is useless since you only fight against a single boss and use techniques once
and again playing higher difficulty has more stages which lets you get more buffs etc. so you can save your run to clear planar sets faster

Consider that some people don't bother with higher difficulty once they do it one time and then switch back to like difficulty 5 for doing the weekly cause it doesn't really matter in planar farming cause everything still dies quick enough...

playing in difficulty 5 gives you less XP for levels though too, you are essentialy missing out on extra XP for your weekly runs by playing in a higher difficulty
also you have to play in higher difficulty multiple times now anyways for the ranks (which gives jades)
so if we were to assume you dont do a full on grind in one sitting to max everything, until the next expansion you would never play on difficulty 5 because you are maxxing out your level and trying to get a higher rank by increasing difficulty

- It's a 5 Star
- It's a Planarcadia Character (aka It's not Fate nor Penacony though remember Screwllum was set to be HSS originally but then was changed to be Penacony even though he was never released so it could still be "Reca" with his release tied more to Planarcadia than Penacony like it would've been originally)
- It's not Nihilux
other than those bits of information, we don't know anything else at the moment.
