I think its important to consider the fact that lvling characs to 100 means nothing anyway unless youre an hp scaler, which isnt a lot

Lots of people leave characters at 80, but suddenly lvling characs to 100 is a major issue

Its not that big of deal, and people can clear plenty of content with just lvl 90
Putting it behind c6 constel repeats would be the annoying part only if you really wanted to lvl 100 your favorite

The BP have 30 levels, the rewards might be Placeholder but for now it only give Geode and we didn't found any way to transform it in Arcane or any other Currency

You can pay Big BP similar to Teyvat, the rewards are Placeholder

another point, UGC has no relation to the main game "Teyvat" in any other way. So UGC does not provide any primos or anything.

The only connection is that you can use your UGC character in Teyvat.
