I mean all of us already know how much Hoyo is into their own characters that they want to invent AI technology that makes the characters and NPCs more interactable. Though I don't think their objective is something like "chat AI".

There are certains interviews with like Da Wei etc. where they aren't fans of generative AI and such. Hoyo always been supportive of their artists etc. in terms of that. Though of course we can't know what they are planning with using AI technology.

They are mainly into this making their characters feel "alive" as they keep mentioning this for their future projects and interviews.

well some ppl are using power cuz that's what some of the global players are teaching so you wouldn't get blocked but that's a misconception since power is for your uma to get a better position easily but like if that next position is still blocked then you're still blocked, power is better in terms of pvp especially for end closer and late surger while wit is better in getting higher pts but in team trials, most of the time the winner is based on who got better skills/amount of skills activated
