Well u have a lot of crystals before u, but hi3rd has the worst scummiest gacha from any Mihoyo game (the ones that matter anyway) getting base char, weapon and maybe even Stigmatas is certainly possible, as for making her SSS and max weapon u for sure won't be able to do that, only dupes of char will matter in the end anyways
