HI3 CN closed beta now goes under NDA when it releases for a few days and goes public with official posts just like before. Global beta always public anyways.

Story, STC/indev stuff, future characters and such leaks won't stop since they are insider and datamining leaks. Also stuff that will release in the NDA closed beta and not in the CCs beta getting leaked (if it will still exist) since unless Mihoyo finds a way against it, there will be still leaks.
BUT, we will now get next version characters info, gameplay and animations, maybe events, new maps and such new content as official and not as leaks anymore.
Since those stuff will be posted by CCs under Mihoyo's supervision from the CCs closed beta.
