the ui sucks, poorly optimized(might be good now), the art style is just not for me, i don't like the character designs(some are good tho), i didn't like the first banner, i wouldn't want to grind a game for characters I don't even like, it didnt hook me, normally i would play a gacha until the honeymoon phase

If u played on phone then yeah it wasn't optimized properly on launch (still kinda isn't), Ui is good u just need to get to know it properly (like any game) (if u mean the battle UI, it was changed a bit through recent updates), idk why banner talk but u can get any character by just crafting them with shards which is very easy also u don't need need to roll if u don't want the character (also there is no limited Id's or egos [and if they are u just need to wait till event ends to be able to get them from gacha or crafting]) if u don't like the character designs then it's ok if it didn't hook u it's ok, but saying it's the worst gacha game u played (for probably less than even the first chapter) when it's one of the least money greedy gacha makes me wonder what other gachas u played/play
