So letting my thoughts simmer for a bit. I've come to a conclusion. I truly believe Venti had no idea about Signoria's beloved and wasn't trying to deny all involvement. He truly had no idea. Calling Signoria invasive vermin was him referring to all the fatui, cause as far as he knew, she was part of a group causing discord and chaos by order of the Tsarita, including his beloved Monstadt.

So it understandable why Signoria lashed out, but does not make her justified. Much like how Scaramouche's actions or Childe's actions aren't justified despite their backstories.

And that is my conclusion.
