I think in terms of Genshin getting an animated short it's already too late. We either can get a normal in-game rendered cutscene for Genshin or story telling cutscene. Wasn't Honkai's one of the reasons getting animated shorts with full quality was because Honkai's in-game engine not being as high quality to render cutscenes like that?
