Haven't played that quest yet but it seems to have a lot of good points. Especially considering those in Sumeru are "Proud that they don't dream" and the whole Khanriah thing being "In the hidden corners where the gods' gaze does not fall, there are those who dream of dreaming"

I do think that rather than simply giving out visions to consume them later that visions aren't actually given out by celestia at all, and celestia rather ends up being where vision holders ascend to so they can be stopped from possibly rebelling against them and rather are imprisoned.

Also I'd say it's a stretch for every vision holder to have this same matching 3 qualities to them, but it's definitely probably still close to the truth.
