that can happen because of:

1. an individual ban
2. loss of the old account from which you connected to MHATSH due to account change or switching from Apple to Android
3. forgetting the server number you played on as you start the game anew if you join a different server, but there still is a tab that shows you the servers that you have played on so this basically means you are either oblivious or need to practice reading
