i have her and she is pretty much the best healer in the game. active and passive heal, good debuff on all opponents with one move, adds plus ultra gain for students.....did i miss something? while she is godlike in pvp, she is still very good in pve. not broken as you said, but very good

oh yeah. her heal adding a power up for the char you choose. others only get the heal, he gets a nice buff
