easily s tier. his dmg (i have him awakened) is rly good. his support capabilities are insanely good. removing buffs, sealing skills. just one of the best units you can get

also one of the fastest units around, so he is great in arena to deal dmg first

and the same system is being used by many games for many years. none of them drop it. its exactly the same

so yeah: only pull on limited banners like WHM or stuff like the upcoming Anniversary
