you should try to get someone else easier to grind as your first SSS+, it’ll make grinding shards for other units way easier through the shard shop

Deku, Kaminari, Kirishima, Iida, Uraraka, Mineta and Tsu are the daily grindable characters which make them the easiest to sss+

when you get a sss+ you’re still able to collect shards of that character. when you get those shards, you’re able to sell those in the shard shop for shard coins. you use those coins to buy other shards.

by that logic, i’m able to eventually get SS Endeavor without having to pull for him again

if you mean the AM from global release celebration recruit, then you need the special ticket. You earn them by completing the special quests and new daily log in event.

you can't use crystals to pull on that recruit

that recruit is like a special event, current event banner is STR type characters one.
