dabi is potentially better. it's just he's like iida at some point, can't show a good result if you don't build up stacks of smth.

dabi lives from a burst to another burst, time of which is shortened in his activated special mode, ojiro does 4 combos to amplify his overall damage and continues with just them, iida takes some time to get to 200% and then it's a constant of either E -> basic attacks -> Q or just plain autoattacking.

and both don't appear in shard boxes etc

you basically can never guarantee them (unless you have got a 1 copy and decide to buy shards but this is countereffective) because the only sources of getting them are recruiting (they both are A characters, so it's luck dependant each 30 rolls) and through the battlepass that they come with (free - one copy or so, if you want more, as for example to SSS+ it from the battlepass itself - buying upgrades for the battlepass is the only decision)

bruh do you expect me to have a consistent flow of thoughts

because of this people rarely can think of making such characters SSS+

their shards can't be farmed the same way other characters' can

and there will never be banners for exactly only them because they are merely A rarities
