I have tackled extremely underlevel challenges in various games before

And I feel confident enough to have a chance

For example in sword art online for ps4 the first patch there was a 1.8million hp lv 90 legendary enemy challengeable by 3 people and we did a 90 minute boss battle where we slowly chipped away its hp since to get good weapons you had to beat it and the lv cap was 50

The boss consisted of dodging the best way you could while one at turn was the bait because it oneshotted us while the other revived the other wheeze

I have patience and determination which would make sans blush

while that sounds great, Agency Assessments don’t go on forever until you win. They’re ranked by time and if you run out of time than you automatically lose and break your permit. not to mention the loot too. A TLvl player wouldn’t want to use a permit for anyone under lvl 60 due to lesser value loot. No matter how skilled you are at teamwork and dodging, it won’t work out unless you get mega whales who can solo floors to help you and they wouldn’t ever do a run with someone under Lvl 60.

so night ops is a special gamemode. it is the main way to get chips, especially 6* chips.
first of all you are greeted with 5 stages that have different difficulties and different rewards - the last one (the lowest option on the left side of the screen) is the best one.

in night ops, any of the 5 stages, you can do a "challenge" and enter a fight with the first boss. then, after you defeat the first boss, there is a small chance to get a second boss, and after you defeat the second - a third boss might appear.

first boss can give you a poor reward, but next ones can give you a much better reward.
As for example, in the 5th stage first boss can give you either a 4* or 5* or 6* chip, while second boss might give either a 5* or 6* chip, but the last, third boss - nomu - grants you a 6* chip.

if you go to the other stages you'll see different bosses tho
