okay so let me sort it out to you for forever:

there are bots in MHA-TSH that you can summon by pressing "Match" in the COOP gamemodes and wait for about 15 seconds. They will have randomized names consisting of two words, like Bella Blake or Baron Hope etc, you cannot transfer leadership to them, you cannot friend them, they will not have any limited characters, their character levels will always be messed up, and they are going to always fight on Auto mode.

In Agency Assessments you can get the bots to carry you through first 10 floors of an assessment and sometimes if you're strong enough to floor 15.
In Emergency and Joint Operation they allow you to sort of pre-see your rewards sometimes just like it happened to me this time - one of them got the shard rewards that i had on the left and the second one of them got the rewards that were on my right.
