OK so about agency assessments for you

When you can and you have your own permit on levels up to 18 (after 18 is completed it transfers into lvl 60 permit which you cannot access), try to get carried by either bots (preferrably only up to 15th floor) and later on by players (since lvl 10 floors)

When you don't have your own permit (its broken or too high requirements), waste your characters energy on lower level assessments where you can help other players. This will give you:
Modification material
Upgrade material
Other stuff to upgrade gears i forgot its name
And lower level gears which can have good stats for transferring and can be sold in market.

In market you buy modification material and only if ran out of those then buy alloys.

This is what pretty much any player should be doing daily, but even I myself am too lazy to wait on this.

Unless you get carried, just stick to the AA of other people's teams with the highest BP requirements you meet.

There also exist other things worthy of highlighting, like what bots you should avoid or question players if they use some characters to make sure they play them manually.
