Run your best single target and multi target active cards. Get him to go clone mode as soon as possible and then use your multi target card to damage them all at once. If you have an active card that also groups them up while damaging them spear combo into sytche and then to shield is your best friend

And then when the actual 1000 eye comes back just erase him from existence easily

This was an extremely sloppy run but you get the point. Also put the turret down before you hit them vs what I did. It's 6:30am and I'm groggy
