First I use W after some normal attacks for fill the bar in the bottom, when bar is full, press Special, this let's you press Q, with this the % changes to 25% if is completly full, if not, it will be lower
Special keeps the bottom bar full, this lets you to use Q when cooldown is over to increse the %
!!Keep in mind that if the Special is used BEFORE the bar is full the next time you press Q with Special activated the % will increse lower than with full bar, so is better to use it full!!
Then for full the bar faster press W
And E one releases all the % saved up, making a stronger attack BUT the bar will return to 0%, so it's better for ending attacks
