And for his support cards besides his EX you can Shigaraki and the cowboy guy for increased crit rate/increased penetration for just melting enemies with Lighting

Mirio is feel like is good for characters who’s special boosts their dmg output a lot

So for deku I don’t feel it’s a bad choice

I don’t think it’s the best choice of card on him but it’s not bad

Mirio in general got hard nerfed when coming to global so he’s pinky good on select few characters in my opinion
