Well that's the point! When you roleplay as someone you just take his essence and talk as the character, you may not have much from the anime except voice and attitude and yeah while it was pretty awkward to play as him it become nicer with time
For proper plays you just gotta examine your chosen character most of the time, be it even Deku
And in this game he has some quotes too! And it's really nice

I wanted to see how do all of the characters react to found collectibles but I have yet grabbed Stain
