you see, each character has its own class. Power, Speed and Technical, if their chips have a stat that combines with their class they could be more powerful
the painful thing is.. if your chips of Uraraka doesnt have that Power stat, you have to, or stay with them if you prefer, or get another chip with the power stat and other attack buffs if possible
