I played the Chinese version like a month before official eu and usa release , from QooApp , and connected with my google account , but when I tried connecting on the official version with the same account , I couldn't play my last saved game from the chinese version , nor it showed up , so decided to start a new game , and I don't mind since I didn't had that much stuff on the chinese version , but I have to ask , is it because they are different versions or there is another reason behind it ?

Usually it's different servers. Like, there's a Chinese one, a USA one, and EU one. Another game I play has a Japanese server and a North American server. Accounts can't be used on both the NA and Japan version. Each needs it'd own account if you want to play both. I would guess this is the same case here.
