I use shoto a whole ton in pvp and for general quests

When you are in his ice form, you want to spam those icicles because they can freeze anything besides most bosses, freezing players in pvp too. Once they are frozen, you can switch to fire as his fire attacks are more damage based and you can go all out

The way shoto works is that he inflicts these frost particles with any of his ice skills, after getting hit three times with Q, W or E they get frozen for around 3-4 seconds

I said to spam the icicles as there are three that are stacked so you can either let them charge or just spam em, and it makes it easier to freeze player by spamming em

There are a lot of ways to get coins on this game, you could play super co-op and rank up to get coins that way, you could try the hero rating challenges and if you get enough stars you could get coins, doing things in the entrance handbook can give you coins, signing in daily will eventually score you coins, if you go to your characters in the hero menu and press "Training" you could get some coins there too, etc

@novel wedge There are some things you can do in the co-op mode, like Joint Operations

Emergency events don't require stamina either, and even if you don't have enough stamina to trigger one, you can at least join it once a day

There's also Operation X, but you need high level for that

And finally timed events and battles - both in the arena and Super co-op
