No no, there are some great memories, some of them are for VE Tower, some of them are for Ultra Arena, like VE Towers needed Crit Rate, Plus Ultra Gauge and Technical Hits, while Ultra Arena needs Power and Speed

I use the maxed "Take Down The Disaster Walker" which gives 45% power and 10% defense to villan and additionally gives around 30% PU gauge after 3 successful skill chains

I have different typed villains so it was more valuable to max

Plus it was free

Polar opposites can be stronger at max level but I can't know that

Either way it is much harder to max sadly

Just talking about the Shigaraki and Overhaul memory, it limits the advantages of the memory so to fully USE the memory, it's only the DST LOV Characters

Most of the time tho in VE Tower, we need the Technical Hits it doesn't matter if the memory has to be a villain using it, as long as we hit the successful skill chain, that's all good

There's like 4 dst lov units and 3 are urs and another isn't the greatest sr
