Mostly getting high level gear and doing Hero raitings, one piece of gear (depending the level) can increase a few thousands by itself

But if you are below the 70lv gear dont grind it that much since you'll replace it eventually

And for the support cards remove rcovery girl and add kendo or mustard cards, the healing isn't that useful on most characters
