Use the URs and the SR characters you like most. R characters are good for getting gems after you've got no other means to get them, but that's almost endgame case

If you want to have a stronger start, you can try to reroll and get either more UR characters or a Yellow Aizawa which is the strongest unit from the reroll pool.

There are various materials on MHA UI's characters - their descriptions, ratings and tier lists in pinned messages in this channel

Check them up when you have time

Or don't care much about them and play the game casually with pleasure

Before you get more than 5 UR characters you don't need super duper assistance in thinking who's stronger. But it of course can be countered by a desire of using a certain SR character in your team which is also fine.

There are some SR units that replace URs pretty well, and some SR characters don't have UR variants so if you are a fan of these selected few there's not much option.

Have your time and most importantly, have your fun.

i think the most important thing to be said is: dont get stressed.

ultra impact is pretty forgivable with its content and doesnt urge you to pull all the time
