There's so much going on in the last pages of 125. Not just Koichi in New York but his actions. He looks determined, ready for action. This isn't his first mission. He's a legit hero. Plus, CC Corp got a call from the mayor. That shows CC Corp (i.e. Captain Celebrity and Koichi) are high level heroes. I'd be very interested in a new spin-off series set in America, even if Koichi isn't the main character.

What I like is it's world building and character development. It's not a series that goes deep into explaining these things often, so you have to pay attention to minor developments. Koichi's Slide & Gilde is a great example. Sure, we get a handful of explanations throughout the series, but a good portion of Koichi power creep is constantly being on the field and growing stronger in small bursts. No DBZ hyberbolic training here. It took years for Koichi to get where he is now.

they say the story continues on MHA at the end, so are we finally getting the crossover everyone so desired? Nevertheless, this was a very fun read. I like how this story still kept you on your feet even if it were a prequel, but I guess that's also the advantage of working with a new main cast. I hope Pop and Koichi are still keeping close in contact with one another, it's a shame though neither Koichi or Pop ever saw Knuckleduster again after the first bee incident, it would've been cool to see them all physically together one last time in the present. Speaking of which, I'm kinda surprised Knuckle survived this series, I woulda thought for sure he'd be gone by the end but that's still interesting. Vigilantes can be very unpredictable so we'll see if they do lurk around in the main series or not

Kochi and C.C.'s hero ranking could also be something that's being saved for later. Skycrawler appearing in MHA will be Horikoshi's Avengers moment.
